DESCRIPTION: This data sheet describes two 256Mx72-bit (2GB) DDR-400 registered SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM) memory modules as a kit. Each module contains 36 128Mx4-bit DDR SDRAM devices in 60 ball FBGA packages. This module uses gold plated contact fingers and requires power supply of 2.5V.
